- EX. WVU has players use the treadmill at 14 mph for 20 seconds
- Push towel from one end of the court to the other
- Make players responsible for mood/energy, not the coaches
- Have drill variety so players are always learning
- Argentina
- Set 1 player in each corner of half court, one at each extended FT line, one on BL under basket, one at half court circle, 8 total
- Partners are across from each other
- Pass to the right then switch spots with partner
- Call each other’s names
- Change direction
- Put players who need to run in the corners

- 2 groups of 4 players
- 2 minutes
- Run down court with 3 passes, 4th player lays it up
- Hard rim run, hard lead pass
- Should make 20 layups in 2 minutes

- Defensive stance/movements

- Foot Fire – Pump feet
- Turn – 1/4 stance and back
- D Slides – Fully extended hands/arms
- Retreat – Slide 5 in direction
- Recover/Closeout – High hands/shot
- Charge to the chest, sell it, and get right back up into stance
- Loose Ball – Dive to push up position
- Dribble Moves
- Space cones along half court
- Switch sides to use left hand
- 3 spaced along SL, 1 on each side of half court circle, 1 at HC/SL corner, 1 at elbow

3. Spin to right to left
4. Pull back to dribbles to right
5. Protect than go
6. Behind the back
7. Left hand between the legs
8. Layup against defender

- 1 on 1 full court with defender
- Keep eyes up the court
- Go as far as you can in 2 dribbles with defender
- Pull back 2 dribbles, then left up court 2 dribbles
- Drive to basket for jump shot
- Also can add combinations like up 2, back 2, in/out one hand
- 3 Lines – DePaul Skip Pass
- 2 Passers, 3 shooters, start with one ball
- PG dribbles to elbow, fakes to post, skips to wing then swing to corner
- Shoot at Elbow, Wing, Corner
- Drift/Follow Back
- Drive BL from Corner to jump stop at block
- Look for Drift or Follow in each Corner then flash to elbow for shot
- Shot in Each corner, and elbow or layup
- Transition
- 1) PG slice dribble, pass to corner
- 2) Use BS for shot from wing
- 3) DH with corner for 3
- 4) DH with corner for slip to layup
- 1) Drive to block, jump stop, throw pass to corner
- 2) Flash to key for shot
- Superman
- Moves – Rip/Pause/Fake/Step through/reverse layup
- 1) Throw off backboard and rebound on opposite side, then throw back
- 2) Throw underhand off backboard and try to tip it in with one hand
- 3) Throw off backboard, rebound/chin it wit two hands/go back up
- Moves – Rip/Pause/Fake/Step through/reverse layup
- 30 + Half
- Whole team or split into teams
- 1) Make 10 from block
- 2) 10 from Elbow
- 3) 10 from 3
- 4) 1 from half court
