Off-Ball Movement 300 Shot Workout
A complete 300 shot workout that works on 15 different game scenarios. This workout covers a variety of dribble handoff cuts/reads, “floppy” cuts/reads, cuts, screens, movements, reads, and actions.
This shooting workout is a great shooting routine for players of any age to practice and is designed so that only two players are needed to perform the workout, but can be easily changed to a full team workout.
